Mohammed Tmimi, Ph.D., based in Paris, France, is a former US & EMEA Corporate Development and Investment Analyst-Associate at AAC Technologies (Listed in Hong Kong). He was involved in analyzing opportunities for inorganic growth through M&A and partnerships and participated in pre-DD and DD processes. He focused on identifying and evaluating companies in the deep tech, semiconductor, RF, imaging, haptics, and acoustics sectors worldwide, where he assessed their potential for integration with internal technology platforms, while also creating and overseeing collaborative technology development programs with third parties globally.

In previous roles, Mohammed provided strategic insights into the RF semiconductor industry as a technology and market analyst at Yole Intelligence. While at Yole, he authored and co-authored several detailed semiconductor market reports and conducted custom projects for top semiconductor clients. 

During his Ph.D at STMicroelectronics, he gained hands-on experience in advanced semiconductor design for high-frequency applications, where he designed several prototype chips, holds a patent, and published papers on his work. Mohammed additionally holds a Master of Science (MSc) and an engineering degree. He also had brief experiences at Orange Labs, Renault-Nissan, and Huawei.
